Scott joined Trident in 2003 and is an executive Director of our Glasgow office. Scott has over 30 years of experience within the industry, specialising in building pathology, dispute resolution and project management.

Daksha Mistry

Daksha joined Trident in 2018 and is the Director of our London Building Surveying team. Daksha has over 14 years of experience within the industry and specialises in the refurbishment of industrial and office buildings, development monitoring and pre-acquisition building surveys.

Daniel Brooks-Dowsett

Dan joined Trident in 2015 and is the Director of our Bristol Office. Dan has over 20 years of experience within the industry specialising in all aspects of building surveying and project management.

Danny McEvoy

Danny re-joined Trident in 2019 and is the Director of our Liverpool office. Danny has over 20 years of experience within the industry specialising in a range of work from project management to dilapidations.

Freddie Millar

Freddie joined Trident in 2014 and is the Director of our Dublin office. Freddie has over 24 years of experience within the industry and specialises in building surveying and project management, project monitoring and advising on works to protected structures.

Daniel Roe

Dan joined Trident 17 years ago and is Executive Director of our London Office. Dan has over 23 years of experience within the industry and specialises in the delivery of building contract work, dilapidations and due diligence surveys.

David Juniper

David joined Trident in June 2012 and is Director and head of our Project Management department. Our Project Management service offers project management, contract administration, employers’ agent and project monitoring services across a range of sectors including commercial office, retail, healthcare laboratory and research, industrial, residential and transport.

Darron Owen

Darron joined Trident in 2016 and is Executive Director of our Birmingham office. Darron has over 30 years of experience within the industry and specialises in all aspects of consultancy advice, particularly in the project management, contract administration and commercial property fields. Darron is also a member of the Association for Project Management and the British Council for Offices.

Peter Fortune

Alexandra Price

Alexandra joined Trident five years ago and has recently been promoted to Director of Marketing and Business Development. Alexandra and her team work on marketing strategy, brand development, media planning, digital marketing and business development.

Jamie Clark

Jamie joined Trident in 2015, and is head of our Leeds office. Jamie has over 14 years of experience within the industry and specialises in project monitoring, contract administration, due diligence building inspections and planned maintenance.
