Trident was appointed by HSL FM LLP as Project Manager and Cost Consultant for a category B fit out of circa 130,000ft² to provide pathology laboratories, office space and support accommodation.
- A first of type, largest of type independent automated tracking system spanning five storeys, which has to be integrated within the architecture, structure and engineering of the building;
- A centralised molecular suite, ensuring the laboratory is configured on a platform basis rather than a discipline basis;
- Two containment level three laboratories each measuring c80 square metres
