The development has reached the end of Stage 4 with contract negotiations complete and full planning permission for the new single storey vertical extension. The objective of the project is to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of 6-10 Andrew Street, modernising the appearance internally along with renewing the building services and increasing the net floor area by creating a new single storey vertical extension, plus rooftop winter garden and amenity space.
The works comprise:
• Provide City Grade A CAT A refurbishment of offices
• Provide new showers and cycle provisions within the basement
• Introduction of a new single storey vertical extension
• Provision of new entrance and canopy
• Re-clad the glazed curtain walling tower
• Introduction of a new roof terrace with winter garden
• DDA access to roof
