Trident’s London City team was appointed as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the internal refurbishment works to common parts of Bryanston Court.
Bryanston Court was built in the 1920s and is part of Westminster City Council’s Portman Estate Conservation Area.
The client brief required the refurbishment of the entire ground floor and four stairwells over seven storeys, in a contemporary Art Deco style with respect to the original period features.
Trident initially inspected the building and produced a specification of works. The contract sum for the works totalled at approximately £1.1 million with a six-month programme.
