Trident’s Leeds office was instructed to undertake project monitoring services for the construction of a new 70 bed care home in Earl Shilton, Leicester.
Tridents involvement with this project comprised of:
- Attending monthly site meetings
- Reviewing progress of works in line with programme
- Producing a progress report
- Reviewing contractor’s valuation and producing drawdowns
- Liaising between contractor and employer’s agent to ensure all queries had been answered
Trident made use of PropTech by undertaking a scan of the key areas of the newly completed care home. This was achieved by utilising a 3D Matterport scanning camera.
The 3D models were well received by the client and incoming tenant, who has subsequently used them for marketing purposes.
