The RSPB instructed Trident to provide planned preventative maintenance surveys on 14 sites across Scotland and the north of the England. Each location was different, in terms of its accessibility, quality and technical requirements.
Trident’s Leeds and Glasgow offices worked together to cover all site locations, using data capture software to ensure each defect and detail was noted and analysed effectively.
As well as this, Trident also provided the client with insurance valuations for each of the 100 buildings within the project.
