Trident’s Birmingham office was drafted in to takeover the role of Project Manager, to oversee an external and internal refurbishment scheme and deliver a new Mathematics and Science College.
This followed specification and design of the works required by others. The building was previously used as office space and required extensive refurbishment to a high specification to ensure the building could facilitate students and function efficiently as a Mathematics and Science College.
Trident quickly established a thorough understanding of the partially developed project when engaged and co-ordinated the design team and consultants to assist in delivering the final completed project within the timescales required by the client.
