Unit 8, Carnegie Drive Retail Park

Trident was appointed as Project Managers, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer to undertake Landlord enabling works to an existing retail unit for an incoming Tenant.

The works included, installing mini piles to serve the Tenant’s proposed new mezzanine structure, concrete slab preparation and repairs, new curtain walling shopfronts, application of external decoration scheme to existing roof coverings and cladding, installation of lining system to gutters and installation of lift over run structures / lift pits.
