Listed buildings have protection and require consent for any work above and beyond maintenance and repair. We can help obtain consent by producing Heritage Impact Assessments, submitting the application and consulting with conservation officers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Sensitively retaining and reusing our built heritage can save tonnes of embodied energy making it easier to reach ESG targets. Vacant or underutilised buildings can become premium spaces such as offices, cafes or art studios. We can assist with all aspects of conservation and total refurbishment including obtaining statutory consents, contract administration and project management.
