Trident Building Consultancy was appointed by Peter House Management Ltd to investigate the cladding materials used in the construction of the building. Intrusive investigations were undertaken to determine the nature of the materials with findings submitted to Homes England, to achieve eligibility for funding for the replacement of the materials.
Acting as Lead Consultant, Trident advised on the appointment of a professional team that were suitably qualified and had the required levels of insurance to satisfy the requirements of the Building Safety Fund and to co-ordinate the application process on behalf of the client.
Once funding was provided, full Project Management and Contract Administration services were provided to replace the cladding and flammable materials.
