Trident was appointed by St Bride’s Managers to provide project monitoring services for the development of a 33-unit residential scheme in Sutton Cum Lound, North Nottinghamshire. The development comprises a mix of two-storey, three-bedroom semi-detached houses and four-bedroom detached houses, each with private gardens and garages.
Trident provided independent monthly monitoring, reporting on programme, cost, quality, and statutory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including regular site inspections and financial drawdown assessments. Construction works have now reached practical completion, with the remaining focus on final plot sales.
