Trident’s Liverpool office was appointed to carry out a Due Diligence Building Inspection for our client. The purpose of the report was to assess and record the condition of the building and provide recommendations for maintenance and repair works in both the short and long term, helping to ensure the building remains fit for future use.
During the inspection, periods of high wind speeds made the drone survey more challenging. As a result, the survey had to be carefully planned around suitable weather conditions to ensure the safe operation of the drone and the successful capture of survey data.
The report was comprehensive, exceeding 60 pages and incorporating over 100 photographs to clearly illustrate the condition of the building fabric. The photographs were supported by detailed commentary and assigned risk ratings (Low Risk, Potentially Significant, and Significant Issue) to help prioritise remedial works.
The schedule comprised a Building Inspection Report and a Photographic Schedule.
