With almost three decades experience, we’ve built up an amazing team of surveyors and project managers who are client focussed, offering bespoke solutions as we recognise every project is unique.
We get to know our clients and their requirements, developing meaningful relationships that help us provide the best results.
We are pledging more time to environmental and sustainable governance in the way we work and with our clients. We are ISO certified, a member of the UK Green Building Council and have set our net zero targets for 2030.
To work in partnership with our clients to conserve and enhance the built environment in a way that protects and improves the health of people and the planet.
To be recognised as a forward thinking, employee owned, market leading commercial practise with our ESG factors embedded into our advice and projects. To become known as the UKs go-to building consultancy and project management practise.
We also work to a set of core values that are the principles, behaviours and beliefs that are at the heart of our business and drive our business decisions:
In September 2022, we became employee-owned trust, which means our people have a controlling interest in Trident and its future. We believe it is important to listen to our people and we encourage everyone at Trident to have their say and get involved. We have created various committees that feed into our senior directors, ensuring all voices are heard. The committees are voluntary, meaning everyone can get involved, from across all areas of the business, bringing together a plethora of experience and knowledge.
“It would be no exaggeration to say that 2022 marked an epoch in the history of Trident Building Consultancy. It has been a year of tremendous change, and one that has set the foundations not just for the future direction of the business, but for our renewed values and ethos, and the way in which we regard and appreciate one another. I firmly believe this was the start of something monumental for Trident and we will only build on that.”
