17 Devonshire Square

Trident acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator on a comprehensive CAT A refurbishment and extension/infill project on this period property formed of basement, lower ground floor, ground and four upper floors on Devonshire Square close to the mainline train station of Liverpool Street.

The proposed works have significantly increased the Net Internal Area through the infilling of existing lightwells and reconfiguration of the internal layout providing a more uniform floorplate in order to maximise the rental levels. In addition, the basement, lower ground and ground floor fronting Devonshire Row were changed to retail use to further increase capital values.
