We wanted to create values that reflect who we are as a company, they have been developed in collaboration with everyone at Team Trident.
Our values reflect the core beliefs of Trident and the kind of culture we want to create, working in partnership with our clients, helping us build a strong business, attracting and retaining top talent.
As Trident turns 25 this month, we are going to be exploring one of our values each week. First up is PROACTIVE. Any company wants to be proactive and be constantly improving but saying it and doing it, are very different things. We want Trident to be the best it can be and for everyone who works here to feel valued. We want our clients to enjoy working with us and see the benefits of what we can do, challenging and pushing you to get the most out of your assets and developing meaningful lasting relationships.
An area we have focused on is employee engagement, and we have set up several committees to generate ideas, improve communication and encourage everyone at Team Trident to participate in the development of all areas of the business.
Through our committees we have achieved a tremendous amount over the last 12 months. Some of our highlights include:
- Taken part in various LandAid activities and become a LandAid Foundation Partner.
- Partnered with BAME in Property to support us as we continue to improve Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity within Trident.
- Improved and developed our HR offering to offer a range of support from sabbaticals to agile working, as well as a variety of free wellbeing resources including online webinars and helplines.
- Joined Grosvenor SME Mentoring Programme to measure our carbon footprint and set our science based target through SBTi.
- Achieved Investors in People Gold.
- Developed our CSR strategy, including a companywide CSR day.
- Been shortlisted for an EG Employers Award, Southwest Business Masters 2023, Employer of the Year award and a Building, Employer of the Year award.
- Introduced Perkbox – an employee rewards and benefits platform.
- Invested in training, working with key partners to ensure everyone receives relevant training to their positions.
