To provide the level of services we desire to our client; we understand that its important our teams build strong relationships in order to have trust and effective collaboration. We put time aside to get to know each other and be SOCIABLE, supporting the well-being of one another.

We enjoy regular get-togethers and have team building events that are inclusive for all. Some of our favourites include axe throwing, escape rooms, bowling, darts or shuffleboard, although, you can’t go wrong with sitting down for a nice meal. However, our London office often makes the rest of us jealous, as Director Daksha Mistry enjoys cooking for the team in exchange for a small donation to our charity partner, LandAid.

Team Trident are also encouraged to attend industry events together, where they can keep up with the latest developments from our sector. Recently, we attended the memorial service for Sir Christopher Wren at St Pauls Cathedral, Building Safety Forum, Innovation Zero, UKREiiF, MIPIM and the RICS Building safety and surveying conference, plus many many more!

While team building within our office teams is vital, we also encourage everyone to get to know each other across the business. We take part in various collective events such as the Grosvenor Dragon Boat Regatta or various LandAid events throughout the year, as well as having monthly company-wide teams calls.

Our annual Trident Day see’s everyone come together in person to celebrate the last 12 months and look ahead to the future. The day alternates between our office locations and as you read this, we are preparing for our 2023 Trident Day, which is being held in London. Our 25 Years of Trident anniversary may be coming to a close, but the values we have looked into over the past six weeks detail the continued beliefs of Trident and the kind of culture we want to build upon, to allow us to provide the best services to our clients and retain our talent.
