Our transition to an Employee-owned trust (EOT) in 2022 means that the very structure of Trident facilitates COLLABORATION. Team Trident is what makes us successful and being an EOT means we all have a say across all areas of the business, an improved sense of connectedness, and a working environment in which everyone feels valued and can develop.
We are pioneers at heart, set up by our original founders 25 years ago and more recently becoming an employee ownership trust (EOT). We are committed to innovation and creativity, and we encourage everyone to share ideas and new initiatives. We’re not afraid to try something new!
