Trident’s Leeds office was employed to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the refurbishment works at 1 St Pauls Place, Sheffield.
Our service included the appointment of the project team to assist with developing the client’s brief through to RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design.
At RIBA Stage 5, Trident chaired monthly progress meetings with the project team and principal contractor to review progress and discuss any matters relating to the project. This included undertaking snags prior to completion and issuing of payment, sectional and practical completion certification.
Trident coordinated the appointment of specialist consultants to ensure the clients ESG credentials could be achieved in the form of improved EPC ratings, BREEAM accreditation and Wired Score accreditation.
