Trident was appointed by Scotbark UK to undertake a feasibility exercise to covert disused land into a storage yard.
Trident was then appointed as Project Managers and Contract Administrators, to work alongside sub-consultants, to investigate existing ground conditions and undertake ecology reports, as well as co-ordination with the appointed civil engineer to prepare a design for the storage yard.
Working with the sub-consultants Trident prepared and submitted all Planning and Building Warrant approvals. A full tender package was prepared and submitted for tender with Trident managing works through to completion.
