As a core part of our offering, our chartered surveyors are proficient in providing Contract Administration services across the country.

We have worked across the full suite of Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) group contracts, as well as client-specific forms, in a multitude of sectors across the UK.

In cases where specific forms are needed, we liaise with trusted legal advisors to add bespoke amendments into the documentation for our client’s protection, peace of mind and prosperity.

Due to the necessity of contract administration on projects of all scales, we have been delighted to work on a multitude of developments, from new build to listed buildings, fully occupied offices and on most property types in between.
