Trident was instructed to co-ordinate and procure the fit-out of the first floor office suite within the existing office building at 2 Lochrin Square, Edinburgh on behalf of Blue Float Renantis Partnership, a new enterprise who plan to deliver floating wind turbine projects in the North Sea by 2030.
The role involved managing the project from design team appointment, through feasibility to procurement and implementation of the fit-out to completion.
The design included open plan areas for 40 members of staff, staff meeting rooms, boardroom, kitchen, staff break out areas and welcome area. Trident also co-ordinated and assisted in the implementation of the AV/IT installation to service the office suite.
