Trident was instructed to carry out a schedule of dilapidations on behalf of the landlord to a 3-storey retail space located on Edinburgh’s George Street.
Trident was instructed to act as contract administrator and project manager, to tender and carry out the refurbishment works to secure the letting to an incoming tenant.
The project will see the conversion of the rear stairwell to common part access, allowing future-plans for a 2-storey flat to be converted for residential purposes.
