Trident was appointed as Contract Administrator and Designer to undertake external and internal refurbishment works to a vacant warehouse unit following a successful acquisition survey.

The works largely comprised of replacing the existing asbestos cement sheet roof with a new Kingspan composite panel roof system, GRP rooflights and rainwater goods. Particular attention was given to the detail between the new roof sheets and existing asbestos sheets to the adjoining unit, to ensure a watertight finish.

Additional works included replacement of existing windows and doors, replacement of internal lighting, including new high bay light fixtures to the warehouse area, complete refurbishment of the office space, external and internal redecoration works, comprising extensive preparation and redecoration of the concrete floor slab to the warehouse area and external underground drainage repairs.

Following completion of the works, the property was marketed, with our client able to secure a new tenant.
