Trident was appointed as Contract Administrator and Designer to undertake external and internal refurbishment works to a vacant retail warehouse unit, to enable the new incoming tenant to complete their fit out following completion of our works.

The works largely comprised of strip out, repair and preparation work, in order to return the property back to ‘base-build’ condition. Waterproofing works were carried out to the roof sheets and gutters to ensure the property was handed over in a watertight condition.

Additional works included removal of large external signage and fascia boards, external brickwork repairs, installation of new roof lights, underground drainage repairs and removal of all floor coverings and residue to provide a level and smooth surface to the internal concrete floor slab throughout the unit.

Following completion of the works, the property was handed over to the new incoming tenant to enable them to commence their fit-out works.
