Trident’s Glasgow office was instructed to undertake design and contract administration services for overcladding and window replacement works on behalf of In-Site Property Solutions. The aim of the project was to improve the aesthetic look of the building and improve thermal efficiency.
The instructed works comprised overcladding of a multi storey office building with a new A1 rated built up cladding system and replacement of all single glazed windows with new double glazed units.
All works completed safely with existing Tenant’s in occupation.
