Trident’s Liverpool Office was appointed to undertake a Photographic Schedule of Condition and drone survey of the Former Everton One Building, Liverpool. The schedule of condition formed part of a new lease and was intended to document the condition of various building elements prior to the tenant taking occupation.
The client brief required an assessment of the building fabric to all locations including elevations, hardstandings, internal areas and the roofs. On access being provided the site inspection was completed the same day, with the roof space being accessed via a drone survey, also capturing the high-level elevations.
The resulting schedule of condition report was extensive, documenting each building element and rating their conditions and providing description of defects. Trident completed the instruction on this mixed use Office / Retail building using GoReport data capture surveying software.
