Trident Building Consultancy was instructed by the client to split an existing open plan office into 3No. smaller self contained offices, to help attract new Tenants. Works included formation of new fire exit corridor also.
We worked closely with the client to prepare a specification in line with available funding, to provide a fresh and modern office facility suitable for multi tenancy lettings, plus retaining a client office space.
We acted as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer to deliver the project in a safe and timely manner. Key obstacles included working within a fully occupied building, and incorporating fire safety requirements, through liaison with an approved inspector.
The works were completed on time, to budget and to the full satisfaction of the client, to enable them to let the offices to prospective tenants.
