Project Management

Longcross

Trident was appointed to provide project management services to assist Picton in terms of undertaking a number of refurbishment packages and energy performance improvement works to this large, detached office building located within Cardiff City Centre.

The works included the removal of gas fired systems in favour of new “all electric” building services.  This included new low energy PIR motion sensor activated lighting and VRF air conditioning systems.

The office reception was remodelled and refurbished to incorporate direct access to a new communal co-working facility (“The Link”).  The reception, co-working space, third and fourth floor refurbishments all incorporate an exposed services design.

The main central courtyard was enhanced, including new planters and furniture to create a more attractive external space for tenants and visitors.
