Trident was appointed on a Non High Risk Residential block in London for a roof replacement including replacement of Photovoltaic panels.
Trident advised the Client of their responsibilities as a Dutyholder under the Building Safety Act 2022. As Principal Designer (Building Regulations) Trident ensured that all designing subconsultants possessed the relevant competence to undertake their role, reviewing designs to confirm consideration of the relevant statutory requirements. Trident managed the design process, reviewing consultant designs and producing the Golden Thread of information for issue to the Responsible Person.
Trident project managed the project through to completion and issue of the Building Control Final Certificate.
