Project Management

Roden Hall Care Home

Trident’s Birmingham office was instructed to undertake project monitoring services on behalf of Target Healthcare, who were funding the construction of a new 68 bed care home near Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Tridents involvement with this project comprised of:

  • Attending monthly site meetings
  • Reviewing progress of works in line with programme
  • Reviewing documentation and producing progress reports
  • Reviewing the contractor’s valuations and preparing drawdown certificates
  • Liaising between contractor and employer’s agent to ensure all queries had been answered
  • Monitoring of progress with third party approvals
  • Representation on behalf of the funder in relation to completion and handover of the project

The project commenced in February 2018 and was completed in June 2019, with the care home opening to residents shortly after.
