Trident’s Leeds office was employed to undertake Project Monitoring services to a new build industrial development.
Our client had entered into an agreement with a developer to forward fund the development and take freehold ownership on Practical Completion. The development was pre-let to Durham Council.
Our services included undertaking a construction appraisal report where the construction, surveys and reports, planning permissions, sustainability aspects and legal aspects were reviewed and reported upon.
Following this, we attended every site monthly meeting, certified monthly drawdowns and compiled monthly monitoring reports for our clients benefit to keep them informed as to progress.
On completion we represented the funder during the snagging process, practical completion and at the end of defects.
