Project Management

The Sanctuary

Trident Building Consultancy was appointed by The Salvation Army to provide Contract Administration services for internal and external refurbishment works to a learning and support centre for refugees, located within a short distance of Birmingham City Centre.

The works comprised of internal and external repair and redecoration, roof covering and window replacement, external masonry repairs and refurbishment of the front and rear yards.

The works were carried out during full occupation of the building. Trident worked alongside the contractor, client and tenants to ensure minimum disruption whilst ensuring safety measures were implemented to allow safe access / egress to continue to and from the building.

During the project, numerous variations were requested by the client to meet available funding. Trident managed all variations and produced regular cost reports for our client’s records.

Trident successfully delivered the project on time and in budget, providing an improved, energy-efficient and brighter building to the delight of our client and tenants.
