Trident’s Glasgow office was instructed to undertake design and contract administration services for Landlord enabling works on behalf of Northern Trust Co Limited.
The Landlord enabling works and incoming Tenant fit-out works were combined into a single instruction as part of the Agreement for Lease.
Works comprised of full internal refurbishment, including extending and repurposing the existing mezzanine storage and accommodation block, creation of offices and staff welfare facilities, all new lighting and replacement of floor coverings. Externally the unit received replacement of damaged cladding, decoration and the car park was resurfaced.
Trident undertook all design responsibility out with M&E design, including obtaining all necessary statutory consents.
