Trident’s Leeds office was employed as Project Monitor on behalf of the funder for a development of 44 new build residential townhouses across 4 blocks.
Our service included detailed reviews of the development proposals offering independent advice on risks, costs, programme, team expertise and statutory issues.
We initially produced a Construction Appraisal Report followed by monthly drawdowns of funds and formal reports detailing progress to date.
To do this, we formed an active part of the professional team and had monthly site meetings where all elements and risks were openly discussed.
