As Trident turns 25, we’re exploring and re-affirming our values, which were created by Team Trident and reflect exactly who we are as a company.

Our vision is to become known as the UK’s go to building consultancy and project management practice. This is why we pride ourselves on being APPROCAHABLE both to our teams and our clients. We want to know you and your projects, whilst developing meaningful relationships that last and help us provide the best results.

We have worked to create and develop an internal environment where everyone feels included. This is demonstrated by us being awarded Investors in People gold status at the start of 2023, a significant achievement, which shows our continued commitment to our people. We were praised in our assessment for empowering our teams, commitment to development, strong collaboration across the business and for our ‘open door’ approach and the approachability of our leaders.

It’s great to meet people with an interest in the sector we love. We always welcome work experience and placement students, whether you’re at school or university, we have offices around the country that can offer you a place. We have a number of committees that cover all areas of the business. It doesn’t matter who you are, everyone is encouraged to get involved in areas which they have an interest in. Our most recently established committee is our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) committee, which was set up with help from BAME in property, who we partnered with earlier this year.

One area our EDI committee works on is raising awareness for and creating conversations around various events throughout the year, such as International women’s day, Ramadan, Stress Awareness Month and South Asian Heritage Month.

One of our favourites so far was the company wide fasting day for Ramadan. Everyone was invited to fast for just one day, to experience what it’s like for our Muslim colleagues and clients who fast for 30 days, before coming together in the evening to break the fast together.  To read how we got on and view our video diary, click here.
