Trident has been involved at Seven Hills Business Park located in Edinburgh’s Sighthill Industrial Estate, since it was built in 2019. We have provided several services including Contract Administration, Project Management, Project Monitoring, Approval of Alterations, Dilapidations and preparation of Lease Plans.
At 76,000 sq ft, it is one of Scotland’s largest single speculative industrial development’s providing industrial and trade space to meet the increasing demand for modern commercial units.
Our most recent project at this site was the fit-out works for Historic Environment Scotland’s National Collection of Aerial Photography centre. This provides an automated 24/7 facility whereby all aerial hard copy photos are being digitally scanned. The facility is state of the art and includes temperature and humidity controls and air locks.
